Experimenting with the concept of balance, Koi Fish & Friends was originally created as a tattoo design for a close friend of the artist. Inspired by the various aquatic and terrestrial elements of nature that function in sync to achieve balance in ecosystems, the artist embraced this piece as a thorough exploration of how water functions as a central component in the equilibrium of life itself.
